About us

FixBridge connects home problems to the next practical step.

A place to organize repair requests, property information and professional service coordination, with Fixera AI assessments for eligible HomeCare members.

FixBridge

What is FixBridge?

One property. A clearer repair record.

FixBridge is a home repair and property-care platform for homeowners and participating contractors. Homeowners can describe a problem, add safe photos, choose a service category and keep the request connected to the right property.

My Property and Property Passport organize equipment information and reported repair history. The homeowner workspace also supports documents, service requests, messages and payments. Feature access depends on your account and current plan.

FixBridge coordinates requests; it does not guarantee a diagnosis, price, completion time or a contractor in every area. Professional scope and availability must be confirmed for the specific request.

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose your property

Sign in, select the relevant home and service, then describe what you can observe. Add photos without entering a hazardous area or dismantling equipment.

  2. 02

    Choose your next step

Request professional help directly, or choose Fixera assessment with an eligible active HomeCare plan. Review acknowledgments and any charges before proceeding.

  3. 03

    Keep the context together

Review the assessment or proposed work, use the same case when moving toward professional help, and retain reported outcomes with the property record.

Services & Solutions

Find the right path for your home

    Home repair

  2. 02 · Kitchen and laundry appliances

    Appliance repair

  3. 03 · Planned indoor upkeep

  4. 04 · Outdoor and seasonal property needs

  5. 05 · Fixtures, access and technology

    Broken home items

Meet Fixera

AI assistance with clear limits

Fixera is the repair assistant within FixBridge. It uses external AI models to review the issue description and attached photos, with authorized property information and relevant repair guidance. It may identify likely causes, ask for more evidence or suggest a professional next step.

An assessment is advisory and can be wrong. Photos do not reveal every hidden fault. Where guidance is allowed, DIY is restricted by safety rules; acknowledgment does not unlock dangerous work. Immediate danger requires local emergency services or the relevant utility.

Property memory is context, not certainty

Previous homeowner-reported and technician-reported work can inform later assessments. A reported outcome is not automatically a verified diagnosis. Ignored equipment is excluded, and reviewed facts retain their source.

Documents and plan eligibility

Uploaded vault files are not automatically analyzed. Current repair context uses document metadata and homeowner-reviewed details, rather than raw file contents. AI assessment and other plan features require the eligibility shown in your account.

Start with the right workspace

Homeowners manage their property and repair requests. Contractors use their own workspace to review requests, proposals and work records, subject to account approval and applicable requirements.
